About the Colorado City Creamery
Our Story
The Creamery was opened in August of 1979. The founding principle that still remains today is to provide the finest ice cream product that we can. We use a specially formulated 14% ice cream mix and we never skimp on our flavorings, candies, nuts and ingredients.
Our Process
At our family owned ice cream shop, we take great pride in the process of making homemade ice cream. Our ice cream is made from scratch, starting with a simple base of cream, sugar, and eggs. We then add in our carefully selected flavorings, whether it’s fruits, nuts, or decadent chocolate chunks. The mixture is churned in our state-of-the-art ice cream machine until it reaches the perfect consistency. Finally, our ice cream is hand-packed into pints, quarts, half gallons or scoops, ready to be enjoyed by our customers. We take pride in the fact that every batch of ice cream we make is crafted with care and attention to detail, resulting in a product that is truly unique and delicious.
